Requirements: Academic degree in materials science, metal physics or similar; Ph.D. or postgraduate an advantage. Relevanta experiencie with light metals. Experiencie with numerical materials and forming simulation methods. Or experience with experimental materials characterisation methods. Interest in industrial processes and appication-oriented solutions. Project managemente experience. A scientifc-analytical, structured and goal-oriented approach. Leadership and negotiation competence. Well networked with research partners and industry. Good working knowledge of German and English. Joy in working in interdiciplinary research teams. Willingness to undergo further education and training or scientific further development, e.g. Ph. D./postgraduate. Location of employment: Ranshofen (Austria).
