Job description: Process responsibility in the semiconductor IC fabrication. Sustaining of existing processes in terms of quality, performance and throughput improvement. Characterization and implementation of new equipment and processes. Development and implementation of system/product monitoring strategies. Lead continuous improvement programs (also in cooperation with other departments). Identification and solving of potential process- and equipment problems. Responsible for quality improvements.Technical interface to suppliers. Required profile: University degree in technical science (chemistry, physics, microelectronics, material sciences, automation technology, or related field). Experience in the semiconductor industry is an asset. Fluent in spoken and written English and German. Personal characteristics: Team player. Good communication and problem solving skills. Flexibility (e.g. being available to work on call). Place of employment: Unterpremstaetten, Austria. Type of contract: unlimited. Working hours: full-time. Salary: In fulfilling all criteria for the position the gross salary amounts to 33.620 Euro per year according to the collective salary and wage agreement for Austrian electrical and electronic industry. Additional wages are possible, depending on education/experience level.
